When will I receive my money?

The sooner you set up your Stripe Merchant Account, the faster you will receive your funds. Once you do this they will be transferred to you daily.

The first step is to complete the process of setting up withdrawals. This includes going to Stripe from your Byeuni page and entering your information with our trusted ID and our payment processor. We will never see this information personally, so don’t worry.

Make sure the withdrawal setup is complete and verified

After withdrawals are successfully set up, you will see a scheduled withdrawal (showing the estimated arrival date) within your Byeuni. The funds will be deposited in your bank account, on average, 2-5 business days from the date they are sent, this is because your bank can hold it up, not because of Byeuni. Again, Byeuni never handles your money.

Note: The transfer speed of 2-5 business days is highly dependent on the processing speed of your bank. Unfortunately, Byeuni  is not able to speed up the process.   

Review reasons withdrawals may be delayed

Withdrawal is not the full amount

If the withdrawal is less than you expected, it may be because some gifts are still processing or that your gift givers did not cover your 2.5% fee or you purchased ecards. As soon as gifts are processed and verified, they are added to your next scheduled withdrawal.

Withdrawal has been sent, but has not reached bank after 10 business days

If you haven’t received your funds within 10 business days after they were sent, and they have not returned to your Byeuni account, please contact stripe directly to resolve.
